We could probably all do with some Self Compassion more often than we allow ourselves.
It’s a big one! Part of negative self-talk is, ya know, hearing ‘somebody’ being verbally abusive. It’s no fun and when it’s internal, well… I like that some of the practices are *testing* these things – is it even true?
