Kai, the unlikely hero

NSFW audio, visual is safe

Seeing as I regularly don’t pay attention to much, I wasn’t aware of this phenomenon. Kai is eccentric. He is a warrior and I respect him, insomuch as one can take from only a few minutes of listening to his story.

He killed a man with a hatchet.

It’s a little difficult following Kai at first but I was amazed to find he’s got his shite together for somebody who’s a complete free spirit. Talk about honesty — and integrity? He may not look like or speak like a ‘warrior’ or ‘hero’ at first but watch on. I wish him well yet feel he may not be with us for long. He certainly does his utmost to be a good man, the father he wished he had. Who can live life with a greater aim?

  1. Damn, and I live in CA and didn’t hear or see this. That Kai has had quite a life in a short time and seems to be doing the best with it. Good heart that boy.

    • Of the 2 videos, I can’t recall which was which but the one that talked more about his personal outlook was inspiring. I’m happy he was there, too. Reminds me of my cousin Ken who did 5 tours of Nam. He was a scary guy who killed people back at home and never was held by police. Like Kai, you best not be a raving violent maniac in front of them cos they’ll cut you down and know they did the right thing. Both survived much and both protected and saved people after. I have deep respect for THAT but to extend to the way he sees people and life when not in crisis is extremely heart-warming. I’m so happy he was there for those people.

        • He volunteered again but they didn’t take him. He’d done enough and suffered enough. He was a big part if my childhood and I saw some of his troubles but mostly he was (to me) a hero. Of course he was wired differently and as a child I knew when to leave the house when he was having a bad time.

Tell her about it!
